- Returns are only allowed for defective products or items with a manufacturing fault.
- Customers must notify us in writing (via email, phone, or customer service form) within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of receipt, or by visiting the branch where the purchase was made within the permitted timeframe.
- Customers must provide photos or videos showing the reported defect.
Once the defective product is received and inspected by our technical team, the customer has the right to:
- Receive a full refund using the same payment method.
- Or receive a store voucher of equal value.
- If the product is found to be in good condition and free of defects, Action Mobile reserves the right to reject the return request and ship the product back to the customer at their own expense.
