First: Returns
  1. Returns are only allowed for defective products or items with a manufacturing fault.
  2. Customers must notify us in writing (via email, phone, or customer service form) within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of receipt, or by visiting the branch where the purchase was made within the permitted timeframe.
  3. Customers must provide photos or videos showing the reported defect.
Once the defective product is received and inspected by our technical team, the customer has the right to:
  1. Receive a full refund using the same payment method.
  2. Or receive a store voucher of equal value.
  3. If the product is found to be in good condition and free of defects, Action Mobile reserves the right to reject the return request and ship the product back to the customer at their own expense.
Second: Exchanges
Exchange is permitted only if the product:
  1. Is brand new, unused, and still sealed in its original packaging.
  2. The exchange request is made within 3 days from the date of receipt.
  3. The customer bears the shipping costs of the exchange, unless the reason is a mistake on our part (e.g., sending the wrong product).
  4. No exchange is accepted for opened or used products, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is proven.
Third: Exceptions
  1. No product can be returned or exchanged after the specified time periods above.
  2. Action Mobile reserves the full right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with the stated conditions.
  3. This policy is subject to the applicable commercial laws and regulations in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
